For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the stories people carry—their joys, their wounds, their questions about meaning. My path has woven together roles as a caregiver, a spiritual companion, and a student of the world’s rich tapestry of traditions.
I’ve served in hospital chaplaincy, offered grief and spiritual care in both faith-based and interfaith contexts, and pursued deep study in theology, pastoral care, and embodied practices like yoga. My work has taken me from small-town sanctuaries to multicultural communities, where I’ve learned that compassion speaks many languages.
Sage Harbor was born from the desire to create a space—both literal and figurative—where people can come as they are, with their questions, grief, and hope, and be met with presence and respect. It is a place for healing conversations, for spiritual exploration, and for remembering that you are not alone in whatever waters you are navigating.
This is my calling, and my joy: to help others find their way toward peace, purpose, and safe harbor.
